Martin Dungay, the outgoing Chairman of the ECA, gave an opening speech about what has been achieved in the past year and what is still required to be done.
Tim Heath, the Treasurer presented the financial results of the previous year, which were accepted by all present. The financial budget was briefly discussed for the coming year, together with the need to keep tight control of expenses and to find local sponsorship.
Each candidate for the Board gave a short speech on why they are standing and what they can contribute to Estonian cricket.
This was followed by voting for the new Board members for the coming year. The following 7 people were elected to represent the ECA Board (in alphabetical order of family name):

2. Tim Heath
3. Kristjan Kogerman
4. Nand Lal
5. Murali Obili
6. Mart Tammoja
7. Maret Valner
Well done to all the new Board members. The roles of each Board member and a Chairman will be finalised by the Board.
And finally, a standing ovation was held for Martin Dungay, for his contribution to Estonian Cricket.
